Position Overview
As an Executive Administrative Coordinator, you will provide sophisticated administrative support to our team of luxury real estate professionals. You will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence while maintaining the highest standards of client service and confidentiality.
Responsibilities:
Manage complex calendars and scheduling for senior agents and executives
Coordinate high-profile property viewings and client meetings
Process property documentation with meticulous attention to detail
Prepare and proofread correspondence, presentations, and marketing materials
Serve as a polished first point of contact for distinguished clients
Maintain comprehensive database of properties, clients, and transactions
Support the creation and assembly of luxury property portfolios
Coordinate with international offices for cross-border client services
Assist with planning and execution of exclusive client events
Manage office operations to ensure a premium environment
Handle sensitive client information with absolute discretion
Provide administrative support for property marketing campaigns
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of administrative experience in luxury real estate, finance, legal, or high-end hospitality

Superior written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
