Position Overview

As an Asia Pacific Luxury Real Estate Agent with Residence, you will specialize in premium property transactions across the region's most prestigious markets. You will build relationships with the region's discerning clients, including first-generation wealth creators, established family offices, and international investors seeking prime assets in these dynamic economies.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and nurture relationships with Asia Pacific's elite clientele and international investors

• Represent exceptional properties throughout the region's most prestigious neighborhoods

• Navigate the unique regulatory frameworks of multiple Asian and Pacific markets

• Assist international clients with regional property portfolio diversification

• Collaborate with our established offices in Tokyo, Singapore, Sydney, Shanghai, and Dubai

• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of regional investment trends and property regulations

• Participate in exclusive networking events throughout Asia Pacific

• Contribute to building Residence's reputation in the rapidly evolving luxury markets of Asia

Qualifications:

• Active real estate license in at least one Asia Pacific jurisdiction with minimum 4 years of experience

• Proven track record of success in luxury residential sales exceeding $3 million USD

• Established network among affluent communities in multiple Asia Pacific countries

• Experience with international clients and cross-cultural business practices

• Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English and at least one Asian language

• Deep understanding of local cultural nuances and business protocols

• Polished presentation with impeccable personal and professional reputation

• Willingness to travel extensively throughout the region

• Bachelor's degree or higher required

• Background in international banking, investment, or luxury hospitality considered valuable
