Residence is seeking an experienced Luxury Property Development Specialist to join our elite team focusing on premium new developments and significant renovation projects. This specialized role connects discerning developers with Residence's global network of affluent buyers while providing expert consultation throughout the development process.

Position Overview

As a Luxury Property Development Specialist, you will serve as the critical liaison between prestigious developers, architects, and our exclusive client base. You will guide ultra-luxury residential and mixed-use projects from conceptual stages through successful marketing and sales, ensuring exceptional quality and investment value.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and secure relationships with premier developers and luxury projects

• Provide strategic consultation on luxury project conceptualization and positioning

• Advise on unit mix, amenities, and design elements that appeal to ultra-high-net-worth buyers

• Develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies for luxury developments

• Create and implement sophisticated pre-launch and launch campaigns

• Represent developers to Residence's global network of qualified buyers

• Coordinate with international offices to promote developments to overseas investors

• Organize exclusive events and private presentations for qualified prospects

• Provide detailed market analysis and competitive intelligence to development partners

• Oversee project marketing materials to ensure alignment with Residence's premium standards

• Manage relationships with architects, interior designers, and other project stakeholders

• Maintain absolute confidentiality regarding sensitive development information

Qualifications:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in luxury real estate with at least 3 years in development

• Proven track record of successful luxury development marketing and sales exceeding $50M

• Deep understanding of premium development economics and positioning

• Established relationships with developers, architects, and design professionals

• Sophisticated presentation skills and ability to articulate value propositions to stakeholders

• Experience navigating complex approval processes and understanding of construction timelines

• Exceptional project management abilities with meticulous attention to detail

• Strong analytical skills with ability to evaluate market conditions and pricing strategies

• Professional demeanor with experience negotiating high-value contracts

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in real estate, architecture, or business preferred

• International experience highly valued
