Position Overview

As a European Luxury Real Estate Agent with Residence, you will specialize in high-value property transactions across multiple European markets. You will leverage cross-border connections to facilitate international client relationships and represent some of the continent's most distinguished properties.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and nurture relationships with high-net-worth European and international clients

• Represent exceptional properties across multiple European luxury markets

• Navigate complex cross-border transactions with attention to varying regulatory frameworks

• Facilitate international property portfolio management for global clients

• Collaborate closely with our established offices in London, Paris, Madrid, Milan, and Geneva

• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of European luxury property markets and investment trends

• Participate in exclusive networking events throughout Europe

• Contribute to Residence's reputation for discretion, integrity, and exceptional service

Qualifications:

• Active real estate license in at least one European jurisdiction with minimum 5 years of experience

• Proven track record of success in luxury residential sales exceeding €2 million

• Established network among affluent communities across multiple European countries

• Experience with international clients and cross-border transactions

• Exceptional communication skills with fluency in at least three European languages (English required)

• Deep understanding of cultural nuances in European business practices

• Polished presentation with impeccable personal and professional reputation

• Willingness to travel regularly between European markets

• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred

• Background in international finance, law, or luxury hospitality considered valuable
